Safe Alternatives to Pain Medication

-Ginger: anti-inflammatory
Steeped in boiling water or tea or grated in fresh vegetable juice
-Fish oils: anti-inflammatory properties
reduces joint inflammation and promotes joint lubrication
-Bromelain: enzyme found in pineapples
-CMO: found in raw butter from cows eating fresh green grass
-Evening Primrose, Black Currant, and Borage oils (GLA)
-Cayenne Cream: AKA capsaicin cream
-Coconut oil: good for your cell's overall health.
-Epsom salt bath: immediate pain relief
-Essential oils that have anti-inflammatory properties (some of these are for topical use only, some are for both internal and external use): Basil*, Bergamot*, Birch, Roman Chamomile, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Geranium, Helichrysum, Hyssop, Lavender, Lemongrass, Melaleuca, Myrrh*, Orange, Patchouly, Peppermint, Sage, Spuce*.
