I'm sorry I can't give credit to the person who came up with this list.This is just a list someone gave me. I'm trying to eliminate a stack of notes I have so I thought I'd put them on my blog. I'm sure some of these suggestions are good especially the first one.
1. Never linger in bed.
2. Be faithful to positive and life giving demeaner.
3. Spend and hour a day in study.
4. Be punctual.
5. Reflection in writing.
6. Finish what you start.
7. Never go to bed w/o fulfilling your spiritual commitment.
8. Spend time every day or once a week with someone you don't want to.
9. Have a daily/weekly schedule and keep it.
10. Never show anger.
11. Stick to your diet.
